Corporate Profile Video for Amjad & Suha Bseisu Foundation
Project overview
Indipixels Productions was commissioned by the BSEUSU Foundation to produce a corporate profile video highlighting the Foundation’s Scholarship Award Programme — an initiative dedicated to supporting and empowering deserving students through financial aid and education opportunities.
The project’s goal was to showcase the Foundation’s mission, values, and real-life impact through authentic student testimonials, data-driven storytelling, and elegant motion graphics.
Given that the raw materials included self-recorded testimonials captured via smartphones, our task was to transform these clips into a polished, cohesive corporate video that felt credible, heartfelt, and aligned with the Foundation’s professional identity.
PRODUCTION CHALLENGES
• Varying Video Quality from User-Submitted Footage
The student testimonials were self-recorded using different phone models, resolutions, and lighting conditions. Unifying these disparate clips into a consistent visual presentation required creative post-production strategies.
• Maintaining Professionalism from Raw Footage
While the goal was to preserve the authenticity of student-recorded videos, the final output still needed to meet the standards of a corporate communications piece. Finding this balance between genuine and polished was a key creative challenge.
• Integrating Motion Graphics Seamlessly
The video included statistics, mission statements, and programme highlights, which had to flow naturally between testimonial segments. Ensuring smooth pacing between live clips and animated segments was crucial to maintaining viewer engagement.
Creative Strategy
• Human-Centered Storytelling Structure
We structured the narrative around real student voices — placing them at the heart of the story. The Foundation’s mission and achievements were woven naturally between testimonials to emphasize purpose and impact.
• Visual Cohesion Through Graphic Framing
To elevate phone footage, each clip was framed within clean motion graphics elements — logo watermarks, and animated title cards that visually unified the different videos.
• Hybrid Documentary-Corporate Feel
The video was designed to feel both personal and institutional — authentic like a social documentary, but structured and branded like a corporate communications piece.
Execution & Outcome
• Pre-Production :
Collaborated with the Foundation to curate testimonial clips, verify permissions, and identify key messaging pillars — mission, impact, and gratitude. Developed a storyboard that alternated between testimonials and animated segments to maintain viewer rhythm.
• Production :
No on-site filming was required; instead, our focus was on content curation, color correction, and layout design. We optimized footage from various formats (vertical, horizontal, 720p to 4K) into a unified 16:9 presentation format with graphic overlays.
• Post-Production:
Integrated motion graphics sequences, data visualizations, and brand animations to bridge testimonial sections. Carefully selected a motivational soundtrack that underscored emotional peaks.
• Delivery & Reception:
The final video effectively conveyed the Foundation’s values, achievements, and real-world impact, transforming self-recorded clips into a high-quality, emotionally resonant corporate film.
The client commended the video’s authenticity and polish, praising how it “captured the heart of the Foundation’s mission through the students’ own words.”
The video now serves as part of BSEISU Foundation’s official presentation material, used across events, websites, and digital campaigns to strengthen credibility and public trust.
