Indipixels Productions was commissioned to produce an educational health video focusing on “Tips Kesihatan Anak Kecil” — sharing practical advice for parents on children’s diet and nutrition. The video was designed to be engaging, informative, and approachable for a wide audience of parents, featuring a female host explaining key points supported by animated visual elements.

The format combined live-action green screen footage of the host with motion graphics and icon-based animation, allowing for flexibility in visual design and an efficient, budget-friendly production. The goal was to create a professional yet relatable health education video that could be repurposed across multiple digital platforms.

PRODUCTION CHALLENGES

• Accuracy of Health Information

The video covered children’s dietary and health advice, which required factual verification. Each tip had to be aligned with medical and nutritional guidelines before inclusion in the final script and visuals.

• Simplifying Technical Concepts

Some nutrition and health tips involved biological or medical terminology that had to be rephrased for a general audience, without losing the intended meaning.

• Tight Review Process

• The content underwent multiple review rounds from client-side health advisors and communication officers to ensure compliance with internal messaging standards.

Creative Strategy

• Green Screen Studio Setup

We filmed the host in a controlled studio environment, using green screen to allow flexibility in background design and animation integration. This approach kept production efficient and cost-effective while maintaining a polished visual standard.

• Pop-Up Animation Integration

Animated icons and graphics were synchronized to appear beside the host as she explained each tip — visually reinforcing her message and improving viewer retention.

• Content Verification Workflow

Before animation began, all key messages and visual references were cross-checked against verified health sources. This ensured that both visuals and narration aligned with accurate medical information.

Execution & Outcome

• Pre-Production :

Collaborated with the client’s editorial and health communication teams to develop the script, storyboard, and animation style guide. Each visual cue was mapped to the host’s lines for precise timing during production.

• Production :

Filming took place in our Shah Alam studio using a green screen backdrop, soft lighting setup, and teleprompter for smooth delivery. The shoot was completed within half a day, minimizing production costs while maintaining professional quality.

• Post-Production:

Backgrounds and animated elements were composited around the host using motion tracking and 2D animation overlays. Pop-up graphics, animated icons, and text callouts were added to visually emphasize key talking points.

• Delivery & Reception:

• The final video achieved the desired balance of educational clarity and visual engagement, presenting trusted child health information in a modern, parent-friendly format.
